| The system captures all the details regarding pension administration per individual registred with the pensions company. |
The system has the following Capabilities:
- Able to capture all the pensioner personal details including scanned images.
- Able to capture contribution history of members and employers and calculate pension for each member.
- Able to maintain a pension payroll for all contributors including their details.
- Able to capture taxation details Taxation: Tax can be on lump sum payments or on monthly pension, tax reliefs are also included.
- Able to capture all accounting aspects such as, payables, receivables, cheque writers, budgeting, assets register, general ledger and fees and commissions.
- Capture all investment details including any reports required.
- Able to capture Real estate details including, processing rent receivable, Tenants Tracking, Units Tracking, Estate Agents, Rent Payment Tracking, Expenditure tracking, Rent Receipt distribution.
- Capture all equity details including; Quoted and unquoted Equity (Preferential/ ordinary shares), Change in Market value, Dividends Tracking, Sale of Equity in the secondary market, Bonus tracking and Purchases.
- Able to capture cash and deposits
- Able to capture government and commercial papers and bond both short term and long term.
- Able to capture Investment loans and mortgages together with other off-show investments.
